Intricate Ivory

The craftsman that carved these ancient pieces of ivory displayed at the National Museum in Bangkok must have been very patient and steady handed.   If they lived today, maybe they would be surgeons.   I am hoping as you click through the gallery, you will see how they carved both an outer layer and inner layer of the ivory.
